Authenticity Workshops

Our workshops are designed for women who are rebuilding after addiction, incarceration, trauma, poverty, unstable relationships, family dysfunction, or survival-based living.

These are not clinical therapy groups. They are dignity-based, lived-experience educational spaces where women can begin learning the tools many of us were never taught.

Workshops can be brought to:

  • Halfway houses

  • Recovery residences

  • Reentry programs

  • Women’s shelters

  • Teen group homes

  • Recovery conventions

  • Community organizations

  • Faith-based or nonprofit programs

  • Support groups and women’s empowerment events

The goal is simple: give women tools they can actually use.

Back to School
Back to Life

A workshop on returning to education after incarceration, addiction, or major life disruption. Covers GED options, community college enrollment, financial aid, FAFSA/Pell Grants, placement testing, student support services, and how to start even when it feels intimidating.

For women who need help identifying practical next steps. This may include referrals, recovery resources, transportation support, hygiene support, employment preparation, community connection, or help finding where to start.

For women who were taught to accommodate, over-explain, people-please, or survive through attachment. This workshop helps women recognize where their boundaries break down and how to rebuild them without becoming hardened.

Values, Identity & Decision-Making

For women who feel lost, disconnected, or unsure where to begin. This workshop helps women identify what matters to them so they can make choices from clarity instead of chaos.

Who I've Been/Who I'm Becoming

For women separating who they were taught to be, who they had to be to survive, and who they are becoming now. This workshop focuses on identity reconstruction after survival.

Release
